bonnet stay
The "hinge" that holds the bonnet stay has come off. The bonnet is a recycled part and the "hinge" had been glued. The garage that fitted it say they have been unable to find a part for this. Can anyone tell me where I might find one or something that would do the job? thanks

In the beginning there was nothing , then God said "Let there be Light".....There was still nothing , but ,by crikey, you could see it better.

Re: bonnet stay
if it is just the small clip that it fits into to stay in place under the bonnet, then head to your nearest heatwise, etc and get some cable clips, they are self adhesive and cost around 90p for a bag of ten, lol.

Many thanks to everyone who replied, and to the last post (it's the hinge bit) I've got one from e bay so it should be on its way.
