Suppose as I asked I should reply (only polite) we acquired our Freda about 6 months ago she has spent quite a bit of that time being pampered to travel Our first proper trip ended in a breakdown in Ireland which required a new cylinder head with cam shaft, first MOT failed due to a bit of rust n ow that winter is near she is ready to go!! The plan is to shove the dog in the back and drive down to Spain, when we are happy that she will make it there and back.

Hi I've had bingo for about 2 years have done loads of work to him, we're just north of Peterborough so probably right on the edge of the eastern counties.

Me, had mine for 4 years, use it as my family car and get away a few times a month locally for a night or two. I live (at present) in Braintree but long to go home to devon.

Hi All,
Had The Bus for ten years now and had absolutely no trouble what so ever :^o
Lots done, head, radiator, wheelarches, normal sort of things like bushes, exhaust, discs and pads too.
But, has through all that, never let us down on the road and we have done an immense amount of mileage often with our caravan in tow.
We live between Braintree and Dunmow and can't imagine living anywhere else.

Hi. Had ours for about 3 weeks now. It's in hibernation currently, not planning to put it on the road til at least February. Aiming for National Bongo Day. Can't wait to use it though.

Caroline & Andy here, we've had our Bongo for 1 week. =D>

Don't know where we belong? We're too high for Eastern Counties, and too low for Yorkshire and North East. We're sort of 'Billy Bongo no mates' in the middle.

I'm here.

Had mine about 6 weeks. Loving it, kids are loving it more, my 2 year old has to say good night to it most nights before she'll go to bed.

Unfortunately its currently on axle stands on my drive attempting a CV joint replacement. Not as easy a job as i expected.

Hi, Just signed up with club so thought I would just say Hello!

I have just taken ownership of Brigitte Bongo. She's 14 years young with a facelift and full side conversion. She could do with a good scrub but apart from that she seems OK. Idea is to use her for general day to day use and regular trips to Franceland so she will get used but hopefully not too abused.

Cheers,
Klunk :-D
