Having just spent a successful if darned hot three days Bongoing in the Black Forest, MrsSniff and I have come to the conclusion that an awning is required. I am looking at the F35 Pro 250 in Titanium (silver over green Bongo - colour co-ordination is so important!!) which seems to be a nice lightweight option. My question (which may be stupid) is do they have to be extended fully to use or, where space on a pitch may be limited, can they be used part extended without damaging anything? From other posts it seems 2.5m is the right size for a Bongo...
Many thanks.
Ian

Re: Yet another awning question!!
hi - the awning is a gem ! ihave a 1.8m on my GMC safari [ but 2.5 is better ].
It is not spring loaded just a simple roll out / roll in so you can have it set at whatever length suits. www.agentfiamma .co.uk do decent deals £279 last time i looked.
Every bit as good quality as the much more expensive f45and much easier to use [ i have had both ].
