Rear fog lamp

Taking my Bongo in for first MOT since I bought it and realised there's no rear fog lamp (or front ones for that matter but that doesn't bother me). But there used to be...

I've located an unmarked switch with 3 pins to right of steering column which has been disconnected.
There's also an empty bracket on the rear bumper for a fog lamp.

I've ordered a replacement lamp.

Can anybody explain how I wire up switch and lamp?

I have searched the forum but couldn't see the relevant info.
