What are fly eyes?

A perforated film available in different colours... It's like a vinyl/decal honeycomb that allows light to pass through when the lights are lit, yet tints the lights (whatever colour/shade chosen) when the lights are switched off.

Depending on how many lights you need to cover, i would say from about £20 to £30 for the flyeye.
Me and bigdaddy covered all the lights and spots and the reflective strip on the back door.
Plus a little bit of carbon fibre for the eyebrows.

Sorry... no, Stuc! You'll need about 30 quids worth of fly eye tint to do your headlights and rear lights with some left over for odds and sods... You may even have enough for the strip on the tailgate Check out there website Stuc for measuring up details... The "how to" vid is worth a watch too

They were from a heavily modified bongo fresh from Japan Scott... I'd never seen a set before either! Dave just happened to be browsing the right place, at the right time, and the deal was struck... I did enjoy the feel of them briefly whilst i carboned them up for Dave though!

How easy is the carbon film to work with btw?

I had some of the 3m dinoc carbon film left over from another job...I used what bit was left over... I wouldn't have been able to do the eyebrows on my own that's for sure! The eyebrows are glassfibre, and VERY brittle To get a good swrap, the film had to be wwarmed prior, and whilst the film was applied... Tricky to hold a hair dryer, the film, and the eyebrow and use both hands to manipulate the film at the same time! It was a bit of a pig of a job actually, and we only just managed it really...
