My MX5 rheostat i fitted to the plasma dials was starting to give grief after 2 years.. Fiddly job fixing it so...?
Taking a switch blank & gutting it to accommodate the original rheostat from Performance dials...
Even managed to back light it using a spare led & the rubber green sheath from the original dial back light bulbs..
The result is a smoother fade..

Very neat and clever idea, where is the switch to change from blue to green ? or do ya just leave it fixed on one colour.
Lost without my Bongo.

I wired the colour changer in the back...!!
Just kidding!!
I actually made a bracket ages ago out of some spare sheet alloy & it sits under the steering cowl..
