I have amonst other things useful for the Bongo,
3/4 drive socket for the engine pulley bolt (including 3/4 drive tommy bar)
Pela pump for fluid changes
And best of all, Sealey vacuum pump and compressor for easily changing the engine coolant without air locks. :D

Anyone in the South Yoks area is welcome to use.

Haydn

Where abouts are you in Somerset? I am in Salisbury, and I think this whole idea is a great way to keep the Bongo community thriving. As a newbie to the clan, I dare say there is going to be more than one occasion where i will be needing the help of veteran owners, and probably at the end of the year I will need to do my first service, and a knowing eye would be helpful, (and one who has the kit to do it properly [-o< )

Do you know if the Southern softies are getting together soon?

Where are all the bongo owners in the Leicestershire area, I`m new to bongo ownership & rituals but keen to learn, have spotted 3 bongo`s within 1mile radius of Wigston there must be more? knocking on Bongo owners doors & asking where to get them serviced
or DIYing is an interesting experience.

Regarding tools, have a Pela pump, various 1/2"sockets, sets of screw drivers/filter removal tools a little knowledge of radiator replacement & Bongo bleeding but wiiling to assist anyone with the little knowledge have gained. Looking to add low level ramps sometime soon.

Don`t service motorcycles.

I now have a solid tow bar rated at 2 1/2 tons.

We're near M5 Junctions 19/20 and A370 Bristol - Weston Road.

Happy to pull Bongos if needed and can help with spare room/tea/ shoulder to cry on. :)

My Mobile is in the Bongo Bunch section, or ask around the regulars here.
