need to buy bolts for fuel pump

Post by Bongo.Baz.tard » Sun Jan 17, 2010 10:50 pm

 I sheared the head of one of the bolts on the front domed section of the fuel pump, while relacing the seals as dandy's post with pics described. Put it all together but still leakin.' Tried to re do the front one again but over did it and sheared the bolt . I got the rest out but want to know where to buy the relacement bolts, cause they have to be the exact same length. ARE THESE BOLTS ANYTHING SPECIAL ? Or are they a standard size bolt ?
I'M WELL SCUNNERED WI THIS NOO :(

If you post a pic of it and where it was fitted it would help. Talking blind it will be a metric thread and hopefully a standard length. Take both parts to your local engineers store and ask nicely if they can help you..........Good luck.
