dont know if anyone can tell me whats wrong
my rear windsreen wiper wasnt working so i checked the fuse having found the right one after looking in the forum lol to see that it had blown so i replaced it and everything worked for a few days then it blew again . is the motor wiper knackered or could it be something more sinister ??? :( :( #-o #-o

Sounds like you have a short somewhere - try where the wires pass between the main body and the tailgate. Hope this helps. :)

Don't worry your not the only one mine dosen't work either must check the fuse when i get the chance and hope i check the right one!

When you got it working again, was it running smoothly, or did it appear to be having a bit of a struggle?

If there is any corrosion along the wiper shaft where it enters the motor casing and bearing - perhaps due to water having gotten in between the shaft and the rubber door gasket - then this could cause enough strain on the motor for it to blow the fuse (when you slow down this type of electric motor, it draws more current).
