1st MOT

Post by B*Witched Blingo » Tue Jan 08, 2008 11:47 pm

Filled with dread. Worse than a visit to the dentist.

Blingo goes for her 1st MOT in my ownership tomorrow at 8.30 a.m.

I can't bare the thought of her being prodded..... Does anyone else dread MOT's in such a way? [-o<

Are you taking her somewhere Bongo friendly (Adrian in Bury or Mike at Wheelquick for example). I paid £70 (including MOT fee) and had Adrian do a pre MOT check before taking her down. Seemed like good insurance

She is going to a garage in Colne... All my cars have been to him because is he is so strict... I'm not saying that there are different levels of MOT cause I know there isn't, but.... He is very piccy.. and when you carry children it has to be right, but it is torture...

I'll let you know how she fairs.

Honestly I am so relieved. I couldn't sleep last nite....

I know it sounds sooo stupid, but she's my baby and.... what else can I say. I have never been attached to a vehicle as much as Blingo...

Mike at Wheelquick I have met once and "what a guy" really helpful.. He is just a tad too far away for me to visit...

Thanks for your comments guys and galls... Stress over for today...
