10th anniversary gathering near Chester

To celebrate 10 years since the formation of the Bongo Fury owners club, Sunday 24th February 2013 has been designated as National Bongo Day. What we have in mind is a series of events in various locations across the UK & Ireland where Bongonauts can get to meet each other and perhaps have a Sunday lunch.

A big thanks to Trish =D> :D for an excellent meeting place, loads of space to park and a great place to wander around and have a nice meal.
It was great to see friends that I had not seen for ages, and it was nice to see new faces and maybe new bongo owners =D>
Glad Dabs found Mikes little radiator leak.
=D> =D> =D>
I hope the rest of the anniversary meets were as good as ours.   =D> =D>
I'm sure they were, :D congrats to all who held and organised the meets for today and all those who attended.
Lost without my Bongo.

Ironically, I hadn't paid the wet marks on the road much heed ad I am sure that I too have a leaking washer bottle. I knew something wad up ad my lca had advised topping up twice in 3 weeks, but it was Dabs and Dave who identified the cause. Take a bow chaps. =D>

Oh and laugh of the day for me was coming across Dave and Dabs pootling along the M56 at 60mph while I was at 70. Too slow for me I thought plus if I tucked in in front of them I'd be responsible for the navigation. So I steamed off expecting to arrive first and say they're on their way. But when I arrived, they were in place with the roof up, pointing and laughing at me. Seems my Satnav had an imperfect idea of the best route. Still, at least I made the right decision not leading, and I saw more scenery than they did
