Camping in Whitby

Post by Scratch » Mon Feb 15, 2016 6:10 pm

My wife's birthday is coming up and she has asked to visit Whitby for a fish & chips meal to celebrate the event. She has never been to Whitby (I have, but many years ago) Can anybody recommend a good campsite for the weekend trip. By the way I am currently in Copenhagen on business and can report a total lack of Bongos :(

Depends exactly when, THIS is a good site but they're closed until mid-March.

Failing that there are a couple of cracking wild-camping carparks overlooking Whitby, 54.440136, -0.664509 on Goggle Maps - free and spend your money in the chippy
