bye for now.

my hold light came on, but hey whats new it always does!
Re: any breakdowns to or from the bash?
390 miles round trip no probs and only 3/4 tank fuel which we thought was very good
Re: any breakdowns to or from the bash?
Didn't actually breakdown, but when i came off the motorway we nearly choked onthe clouds and clouds of smoke coming from the exhaust. Did another 60 miles running sweet, until i had to stop at lights, and then fooled other motorists with my own smoke screen.
MMMM.... somethings not right !!!
p.s. had a great time at the bash though

I hear the rain was very heavy up north and it was too treacherous to continue to the bash.

That's true sue, plus i'd forgotten to remove my frock from the previous night, i hadn't shaved my legs for a while, so thought i'd return home for a good wax...Socket Set Sue wrote:I hear the rain was very heavy up north and it was too treacherous to continue to the bash.

200 miles round trip for me no breakdowns(bonus when you got a AA van escorting me).
We didn't see any en-route either so no need to get dirty..
although one bongonaut on the field would be getting the low loader treatment for a overheating fault
Despite the changing weather it was a great weekend met loads of nice people putting faces to forum names and had a good laugh with all
Big thanks to jenny(mrs callow)for the tea and coffee.
Off down devon and cornwall later today for a couple of weeks(no escort van this time)
but hopefully wont need it
