I get the impression that the Judge & Jury has made his decision already. Could someone film the trial and punishment and pop it on youtube / photobucket as a warning to others?? I bought up the "tailwagging" idea late last year. Can't find the thread now but Ian did comment at the time something about having to ratify any new rules before implementation & anyone found transgressing this law would be severely dealt with at a later date.
I trust the penalty shall reflect the seriousness of the crime.
