Free to collector.
195/65 R15 91 H Tyre on rim, inflated, 4.5mm tread.
I believe the rim fits a Bongo but in the words of the tyre fitter, "Fit OK, not strong".
The load rating is only 91, not the 92 specified for the front, but you may have another vehicle which it would fit, maybe as a spare.
Free if you collect from BS48 or we can look at a Bongo Relay.
