Shortening full size seats

Hello,
Does anyone know of someone who could take a full width Bongo bench seat and chop it up and then weld back so that it would fit my side converted van? I can do the upholstery refit myself it is just the engineering work on the frame that I would need doing.
I am in the Midlands but it would not be a problem travelling.
