Not had any reports of colour changes, there are some fuse position changes after 2001 which are noted on the Tabs. Colour codes are as;

The only point to bear in mind is that these are the Loom colours, on some devices the wiring between the loom connector and the device can vary as they are made by various suppliers and not always as standard but this shouldn't affect the AFT as the loom plugs directly into the module, but things like roof lights may have some odd colours entering the device.

Thanks for providing this information.

Do you know what the (IN) and (F) adjacent to the colour signify?

they chose some interesting names there!

My brain has been methodically working through the wiring schematic, I'm pretty much as far as I can go now. I have made some assumptions and there are a couple of unknowns.

The wiring colour discrepancies i have are;

12 pin connector
2H i have green/yellow
2E i have blue/white
2A i have yellow/green

Do you have any knowledge of the following?

Image

I'm assuming that all contained within the box indicated marked in green is in the roof area as it shows a bulb, which I assume is the light up there, the c/o switch on the right I assume is the release switch, the remaining switches are the limit switches?

External feeds marked Blue - Do you have any idea what these connect to?

The two fuses, marked Purple - can you identify what number fuses these are.

Now I am armed with more knowledge of the electrics, thanks to your grateful assistance, I now will be able to undertake fault finding confidently.

Your diagram didn't make it so not sure which parts your referring to but yes the boxed items are on the roof itself and yes the light and release switch along with the limit switches. As to the fuses use the last Tab Fuses by problem and select the options for AFT to see the various fuses.

I wonder what year the base vehicle is ? After 2002 sometime the fuses and some of the looms did change, but we don't have the diagrams so can't be certain about the details so they might have included changes to colour codes as well.

Ah Google don't give you a link to an image as such just a page, which the Image tag can't identify.

Yes Green box is all up on the top of the AFT roof.
The light Blue items are links to other page in the manual, things like the ECU to keep you in limp mode if you try to drive off with the roof up, the Sound Warning System to bleep at you from various place etc. dashboard light, Tacho speed input to detect that your moving, handbrake On signal.
