Please check Jilly's update on the first post.

The walk to Norton St Philip is all off road, about 45 mins with 4 stiles.

Mostly good with one muddy stretch, ok with walking boots, one short hill up to the village.

Both pubs take dogs and worth checking web sites for hours/menus/etc.

George Inn & Fleur de Lys.

Edit: Tucker's Grave allow you to order in pizza, menus in pub.

There may be a portaloo (wasn't one 24/02/19) down on the campsite. The cost is £5 per unit per night. Suits me! Ground is grass and after a test visit recently held up pretty well, although a 2 wheel front wheel drive motorhome got stuck trying to get out! There may be an option to stay up near the pub on the car park if you ask at the pub first. If you do join us down on the campsite, stay close to the gravel entrance.

If the facilities have changed by March 2019, the price may change. Not changed yet (24/02/19).

The pub is fantastic! Check if out: https://www.tuckersgraveinn.co.uk/. They do some pies and pasties, crisps. Dogs may be restricted inside the pub, the better behaved the more likely they'll be allowed inside! It's small! Beer garden with marquee, industrial gas heater and huge firepit! Near to Norton St Philip and more pubs! Walks from the pub have been tested by Bob and Sue.

Happy Hour is 5 - 6 on Friday evening.
