As first timers at this year's Welsh Bash, we would like to extend our thanks to all attendees, who made our trip memorable and such fun. A big thanks to David, our "next door neighbour" , and Jen and Ray to our left, who were such good company and fun to be around.

We will definitely be back.

Well I'm hoping to make the next Welsh Bongo Bash.
I'm not too far down the road (few hours, traffic allowing) - so this will be my "local bash" in future :)

I know Pembrokeshire quite well. I've camped there a lot over the years, and took my Bongo "Blodwyn" there last summer, for a long weekend.
I stayed at one of my fave sites "Caerfai Bay" - they do have hook-up pitches, however, I was too late booking to get one of those (didn't matter though) excellent loos & showers / facilities there... and quite close to St. Davids city centre (just over a mile) and you're right on the coast path, with stunning views :)

Haven't tried the site the Welsh Bash was at, but it does look good. I'm looking forward to the next one

Ah, if only we could...... :)
Actually, as someone who knows the area quite well - it seems that the place can have almost a little "micro-climate" of its' own
I've headed out in that direction in "inclement" weather, only to find, as soon as you get to St. Davids peninsula, that the weather is clear & sunny!
Of course, this can work both ways - I've driven on a clear day, only to find the opposite on arrival. Thankfully, not as often.

The next Welsh Bash is in October at Fforest Fields.
