Well got there today looked to be good site with q good turnout of Bongies had a good walk round and found Muz & had a catch-up.
As for the others it appears they had all gone on a hike to a pub somewhere.

A few photos below from the weekend’s camp at Hope Valley, Derbyshire. It was regular attendee Stuart Regler’s 75th Birthday so Ian arranged for a rather nice cake, some fizz and the latest club t-shirt to be presented...

Halfway down Cave Dale (so called because it is a collapsed cave) with 800 year old remains Peveril Castle in the background
Back in the natural habitat, the pub.

Thanks Ian and other Bongonauts , thoroughly enjoyed our short weekend. Hope Stuart had a Happy Birthday. And it was great to meet some of you guys. a d look forward to .set many more.

Looks like it was a lovely place. Shame I couldn't join you this time, i wanted to. But sunny and warm Cornwall beckoned - it was sunbathing weather!
