Tan Hill Inn Highest Pub

If you are going away somewhere and don't mind meeting up with other Bongo owners or if you've been somewhere & want to tell us about it & stick up your photos, put the details here.

You're right, Mike.

With the pub on your left the old quarry is a short distance down the road.

I think there will be plenty of room adjacent to the pub.
There is room at both sides, directly in front and over the road at the front.
I guess most of us will be there late afternoon/early evening so the car park shouldn't be too busy then so hopefully we can all be together.
I suggest we get round the right hand side if possible as generally this will be the least windy side, but we can check when we get there.

Us up there three years ago.

I'm sure you're right about sufficient parking space - we had no problem at quite a busy meet in 2008. But useful to know where the reserve tank is, just in case (as I found out on my Triumph Herald c1968 - ee them were the days  )

I'm hoping to make it to this - it'll be my first night away in my new beasty. I'll aim to be there late afternoon too :D

We were wild-camping last weekend but about 250 miles further south and at sea level. I'll bring an extra cardigan. And Spam
