Attendance update

So that makes 14 units booked for the weekend plus a couple of probables for Saturday.

I need to let the campsite know by Friday 9th october definate numbers for anyone booked Frid+ Sat nights - if you are booked then you will have to pay whether you turn up or not.

Late bookings/just turn up for a grass pitch without ehu.

Last year most of us walked to the pub through a woods and across fields full of cows then walked back along the beach. That way we could drink ourselves silly without fear of losing our driving licences. If you want to do it this way you had better bring a pair of walking boots in case it is wet and muddy on the day. You have been warned.

I didnae notice that Blobber had webbed feet when we did the cross bay walk together. Must get a new pair of specs. :oops:

do we have splitters Harry -just so i know what to pack.Bongo being used for something else thursday so need to get everything ready to throw in last minute friday.

This is the list of bookings as at 8.00pm on Thursday 8th. I'm now away until Monday.

Trish is providing a small marquee for communal get together.

I should be there from late lunchtime on Friday.

Jacobs join on Friday evening from 6.30.

Social Walk to Beer/Cider to leave campsite at 11.30.

Free parking at Woodlands Hotel for those who wish to drive there.

The walk/drive back will pass the local Co-op which sells foods & booze.

Take away menues for local 'Indian' will be available at the campsite. Orders will be taken by me by 6.00 and delivered to site around 7.30.

If you havn't booked (as above) you can just turn up and have a non hookup grass pitch on the overflow field. Check in with me.

Day visitors are very welcome but must be off site by 9.00pm.

Thanks for the update Harry. Latest thinking with us is we'll probably only be day visitors, but I might make the bed up in the back just in case ha ha. 8)
