Re: Silverdale Revisited ?
Hoping this won't clash with Eastnor, last weekend in September.

My thoughts as well Stu, quite fancy a trip to this venue if it,s on and the date suits.

Re: Silverdale Revisited ?
If you go Jim don't follow your sat nav all the way. Mine took me down horrible winding single track roads with 20ft high hedges on both sides. Leave the M6 at junction 36, take the A65 towards Kirkby Londsdale for a ¼mile then take the A6070 south at the first roundabout. Pass through Burton in Kendal then take the first road on the right (unclassified) which passes over the M6 towards Silverdale. It is safe to use your sat nav from here.My thoughts as well Stu, quite fancy a trip to this venue if it,s on and the date suits.

Even easier.come off at J35,and follow the "Silverdale" signs fron Carnforth town centre, its about 15 mins from there,on decent roads.MountainGoat wrote:If you go Jim don't follow your sat nav all the way. Re: Silverdale Revisited ?
Thats true,Harrys original post there is locked.
Probably locked by admin as Harry stated in it for everybody to see this thread.
I think Harry only looks on the forum now and again,so I`ll start a new thread on his behalf. (hope he doesnt mind, dont want to start a war like the last time the Charity Farm meet was hijacked,as some of the older members may recall

Re: Silverdale Revisited ?
Just seen Harrys post,so ill leave well alone and wait for him to start a new thread on NW Section.
Harry perhaps you could put a rider on your new thread asking for a mod or admin to lock this one or there will be attendance posts on both, and as this one is 3 pages already it may get a bit confusing.
