If you are going away somewhere and don't mind meeting up with other Bongo owners or if you've been somewhere & want to tell us about it & stick up your photos, put the details here.

Tackeroo 4 on 29th April - Day meet and Camp

Post by dobby » Fri Jan 27, 2012 8:08 pm

Hi, I need to contact the ranger to see if we can run Tackeroo 4 on Sunday 29th April so this event is subject to confirmation.

Same format as always i.e. a day meet on 29th with an option to camp before/after if people want.

It was £10 per night last year for camping and £3 for day parking, its a minimum facility site with no shops or facilities. But great for picnics, mountain biking etc.

Last years thread is here: http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/forum/ ... Tackeroo+3

And details of the site which is located on Cannock Chase in Staffordshire is here:

Anyone tempted?

Have put it in my calendar. Would love to make this one as I love this sort of place. Can you put me down as a provisional please.

Just checked the calendar and luckily enough we're free that weekend, so that's a definite "Yes!!" from us, and for camping too :D
