Wellington Country Park 29th to 31st July Reading
We're planning on going to Wellington Country Park for a weekend and maybe a few more days after or moving on as it's the school holidays.
Is anyone interested in meeting up that weekend. The Country Park is quite nice and the pitches are fairly big and facilities nice too. Plenty for the kids to do when you enter the country park. If there's enough interest I'll give them a call to book

Would be lovely to see all those we already know and any new faces who fancy joining us

Sounds good to me! Notice the site sells tickets for legoland so assuming its relatively nearby? We'd probably combine it with a trip there and perhaps go via south wales on the wayhome, make a long weekend of it.

I think it's a couple of junctions before you get to Reading... Maidenhead junction of M4 if my memory serves me right Very expensive Legoland though. Took kids there once, and swore we would never go back.

Think that you can do deals with nectar points and tescos vouchers that how we went, but still expensive. We got a free trip offered to go back, but we didn't use it as the queues were so long and food etc so expensive that we decided not to go back.LoopyLoo wrote: I gueesed it might be, and I bet they dont' take tesco vouchers either

Not sure about Derek... I don't stalk the Welsh weathermen... better asks others about that one Looking forward to meeting you both as I've heard only good things. Though, I think we'll get to meet before at Bakewell or Portmarion
I'll call the site some time next week and see if they will take a group booking and how it works
I love cheese!
