Brokerswood 18/19/20 March

Post by boyfrombrasil » Sun Jan 16, 2011 10:25 pm

A few of us have already booked into Brokerswood for the weekend of 18/19/20 March.

If anyone is interested in joining us please look at http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/forum/ ... 49&t=46147.

As the bookings are down to the site I'm not sure how many places are still available so hurry and book if you want to come as it will be first come first served.

Highlight of the weekend will be a 7 mile walk alongside CrAzY to a pub which is only one mile away from the site as the crow flies!

Hope to see some of you there. Please PM me when you have booked.

Update:

We currently have at least 9 units that I know of going here http://www.brokerswood.net/ on the weekend of 18/19/20 March.

There are still a few spaces available at £15 per night with electric so if anyone else is interested please book directly with the site. If you have any questions or issues please contact me.

For previous discussions on this meet refer to here http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/forum/ ... 49&t=46147. Note that as that (South Wessex) thread will now be locked any further posts with regard to this meet will need to be posted here.

For those of you who have been put off by the expense of a personal survival kit required to undertake one of CrAzY's Saturday lunchtime walks please note that the walk is NOT compulsory!!!!!

Make sure you get the red team. That way you get to drink cider, I'm not certain what that red stuff is.

Yes we have an OS Explorer map - looked it out last night and it is safely in the van. BTW, we may not be there until mid afternoon on Friday . . . and you may not recognise us when we get there   :D :!:

No, Pete's beard is just the same - well, a bit whiter , I won't let him shave it off because he looks like a 2 year old without it  - and my beard is coming along nicely  You'll see the difference on Friday, or maybe you won't notice. And, no, I'm not pregnant [-X  Thanks for the birthday wishes, well remembered :!:
