Re: Vibration at 30mph
Literally just grab the prop and try to twist it or lift it.
You don't say if it's 2 wheel or 4 wheel drive.
2 wheel drives are know to wear the prop the uj joints fail.
4 wheel drives are also known to knock.
On the back of the gearbox is a big lump of rubber, this is an anti vibration damper, make sure this is still in place.

If 4WD make sure your tyres are the same size all round.

Pretty sure you can, worth trying a search as I'm sure it's been talked about in the dim and distant past.

Re: Vibration at 30mph
2 universal joints require replacement, this is all they could find, so once replaced hopefully that will resolve the issue

Re: Vibration at 30mph
Garage phoned yesterday to say that the universal joints supplied do not fit, looking online and speaking to various suppliers, they all say the ones I have should fit, did Mazda ever fit a different prop shaft at any point, the caps on the supplied ones are 26.5 mm diameter but the ones fitted on my bongo are 24.1mm?

If you let us have the chassis number of your vehicle we will see if we can track some down for you.
