Yep, was hoping to make a start today but when i opened up the bits for the gasket only 4 out of the 8 studs were included so itll be monday now before the others come. In the meantime ill sort the rocker cover leak.

Update

Right pretty much back together after replacing lots of new studs etc and fighting to line everything up including that exhaust bracket that comes off the back of the gearbox!

Anyway, I just realised when I went to put the large air intake pipe that runs from the turbo round the back of the engine to the air filter that I had to rip off all the old corrugated heat shielding and havent source any more.

Does anyone know where to get some from and has it a special name as my googling is coming up empty :-(

I just get a large piece from a scrap yard but never tried to buy new, I would imagine it will be available from the car build/ tuning web sites, search heat shield or similar.

A Google search for exhaust heat shield brought up several different types.
