ABS sensor replacement

Post by Wibbly » Thu Feb 20, 2020 12:41 pm

Have had front right ABS sensor diagnosed as faulty after ABS light came on.

Been quoted £180 for the sensor and £105 for fitting.

So is £180 for the part the going rate? And does £105 for labour sound excessive? Any other practical options to reduce the repair cost?

Worth having a look at this thread, it includes several possibilities for similar replacement parts as well as repairing broken coils https://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/forum ... 95#p697795
