Parking/side lights connector

Post by Rickster » Thu Jan 16, 2020 4:59 pm

Please don't bite me too hard, I'm new to this forum.
I have a T reg freda (Bongo in disguise) and am trying to work out what the connector for the front park lights is, it's a 2 pin waterproof connector that plugs straight in to the back of the bulb holder, the plan is to source a short extension lead for it so as to tap off it for dimming running lights, if that makes sense.
Hopefully, someone out there may be able to tell me what I'm looking at.
All the best, Rick.

Most of the connectors are proprietary so not sure you will find something suitable other than from a breaker vehicle, but why not just intercept the loom itself ?

Thanks for the reply.
It did actually cross my mind to do that, I'd do so if push comes to shove.
At the moment, I now have the horn wiring to deal with, it's amazing how it can work considering the bodges someone has done trying to relocate them!
