big plastic pipe/vent near radiator

Post by turfite9999 » Tue Dec 24, 2019 2:58 pm

Hi guys hope you are all ready for xmas,
I have a big plastic vent or pipe near the radiator which doesn't seem to connect to anything, it`s to the left of the radiator looking towards the rear, does anyone know what its for please or where it connects to, I hadn't noticed it before.

thank you

Possibly the engine air intake?

Can you follow it down and back to the air filter housing, or has it come apart?

See here for the engine air-intake yes its down to the left http://www.lushprojects.com/bongopartsm ... mgno=.html

however there is also the intake for the turbo inter-cooler even lower down and that is just a shaped air flow baffle so doesn't connect to anything as such http://www.lushprojects.com/bongopartsm ... mgno=.html
