diesel fuel pump timing

Hi folks,

does anyone have any advice on timing fuel pump please. I got my one reconditioned and an entire pump body had to be replaced due to worn out so I lost all marks that I made to set a flange back to default position.

On the flywheel there are timing marks - what I need to know is what position it should be in to set the injection pump timing.
Or can I use some marks on crankshaft ?

The seemingly official bongo instructions in a nut shell... Align the bottom pulley "second marker" to the position indicator (NOT TDC!), fit your DTI gauge into the back of the pump, and adjust pump angle/adjustment until it says 1.00mm
