Hardwiring Nextbase dashcam

Post by Stevievee » Fri Sep 20, 2019 10:14 am

Hi all

I am wanting hardwire my dashcam and wondered which 15amp fuse would be best to use, obviously one that comes on and goes off with ignition. Will the number 8 fuse do this (cigarette lighter, mirror, radio fuse)?

Thanks for any advise in advance!

Yes the Ancillaries fuse top Right unless you have it switched over to a leisure battery.
On the otherhand if it has a parking mode you might want it to remain powered, depends on the settings it has.

I was worried about the leisure battery being connected to it.... I pick the Bongo up on Sunday, so will check what is wired to what!
