Bosch / Zexel fuel pump diaphragm

Post by helen&tony » Sun Aug 11, 2019 7:40 am

Hi
Does anyone know where I can get a diaphragm for the top of the early diesel fuel pump?...I have a bit of vacuum loss, and it's a possible culprit?
Cheers

Does the diaphragm have a split?

There are loads on eBay or you can go to the specialists loads online.

Hi Teenmal
Thanks....I'm just catching a few parts before I dis-assemble...they won't be an arm or a leg...There's also a Vac. line blanking plug to source at the front of the engine, on one of the solid suction pipes from the vac. pump that looks suspect, apparently...All the rest have been attended to.
Cheers
