Bongo Petrol V6 - Fuel injection?

Assuming the V6 Bongo has fuel injection (the J5 engine does have a dizzy and HT leads after all) do you know the easiest way to disconnect the injectors?

I want to do some compression tests while the spark plugs are out, so need to stop petrol squirting in while I turn the engine over.

Just remove the Injector / fuel pump relay and or fuses.
