The one one the left, the black plug is for cold start below 10 regards c, coolant temperature, this gives the equiv to full choke and pulls up the throttle a long way on the pump to aid really cold starts. When the coolant temp gets up to 10 set c it turns off, but the white plugged one switches on via the ECU, this stays on until the bongo either reaches about 50 deg c of the revs go above about 950 revs, the ECU then presumes your either driving / revving it or its warm enough and up to temp. The white plugged one gives half choke type cold start giving a small increase in revs at the pump, it gives the same small increase in revs when the Aircon is on to compensate for the Aircon load.
