I don't use a funnel , its too dangerous and I don't see the need for it ,there has been a lot of peeps scalded using this method .

I use a funnel with a standard air tool end in it screwed into it with some thread tape to make a good seal.

I use a jug, and have done for years...no scalding. Look it up on my posts...
Get someone else to do the hose end...no scalding ....LOL
