Rear aircon lights up but doesn't work

I've searched this excellent site but can't find an answer to this question...

Our front aircon works ok although doesn't run very cold (presumably needs re-gassing). The problem is the rear aircon.

The rear controls have been moved to the back of the hob/sink conversion unit (facing rear seats). They light up when turned on but no air comes out, either through top vents or vents under the sink/hob. We've tried switching on 'rear' on the front controls, and also swapping between high and low rear preferences (on front controls), but no joy.

Any advice for a Bongo novice greatly appreciated!

You've found the need to switch on from the front so that is good, but if its not functioning then possibly a cable might have been pulled out or similar. Fuses and wiring details available here http://www.g8dhe.net/bwm
