Mystery wiring, only live with headlights

Some have a telescopic post fitted to the nearside front bumper with a light on top to assist in vehicle positioning, but the wiring should be a proper loom and socket near the bumper.

Not as exciting as I thought...I could use one though, always park about a foot away from the front of any parking space as I forget the van has such a short bonnet!
