Leak between windscreen, roof & doors

Post by Jonathan » Sun Jan 28, 2018 9:49 pm

When it rains heavily we get two leaks on the material between the front windscreen, roof and front doors - on both driver and passenger side.

Can't work out how to copy photos in here directly, but here's a photo of the driver side: https://www.dropbox.com/s/tjx3igtnsmllm ... t.jpg?dl=0.

Here's the passenger side: https://www.dropbox.com/s/9o3188jmux595 ... t.jpg?dl=0.

The garage we take the Bongo to normally thought it might be because of a leak in the seal around the windscreen, but not sure if that is quite right as the leak on the driver side doesn't touch the windscreen. Am wondering if the water may be coming from above - can't see any obvious hole.

It drys our after a while but obviously pretty keen to get this fixed. Any ideas?

Depending on the vehicle that you have ?, the common cause is a leaking skylight or sunroof.

Take care

No its normally windows screen seal or rust holes in the pillars.
