Rear wheel arch liners - any ideas?

Post by jimmo62 » Tue Sep 19, 2017 11:00 am

Hi all

just doing some pre-winter cleaning and I have a question about rear wheel arch liners. On both sides at the back I have mudflaps but there's a huge gap behind the wheels which they don't cover (i.e. between the inner edge of the mudflaps and the main body panel in the wheelarch) and muck is getting thrown up into the back corners of the Bongo and sitting there causing damp patches up behind the rear bumper. It would be great if I could fit some sort of wheel arch liner to cover this gap and keep the area behind the wheels dry. Has anyone found anything suitable?

Ta

It sounds very much like the mud protectors are missing from your vehicle, your best bet is a visit to a breakers / scrap yard that are breaking these vehicles , or give them a bell .

PS Have you had any work previously to the arches?

Take care

Good Luck.
