It would require running an additional wire round all the light fittings to common all the door switches together, you would still also need to put each light ON as well once all the doors were shut, and the risk of flattening the battery (Starter or Leisure) if any one door was left open especially during the day when it might not be so obvious!

Thanks Geoff, as I thought but was hoping someone had a quick way, may just do the front and middle light, see how it goes.
