As title says really, my bongo has a side conversion done but the rear side windows look like they are opened by electric motors?? But I can't find any switches for them??.

Wow sounds posh ..!!
My V6 the sliding door side rear window is fixed .. the O/S is 'hinged' at the front ... this as a simple snap over clip ... this only allows the rear of the window to open a couple of inches or so ..

I think you'd better post a picture. My rear windows used to open (snap catch) - but then I got a side conversion and I don't think they open any more . . .

As standard the rear N/S window does not open,this is to prevent the sliding door from "Whacking" it
Some rear N/S windows are fitted with a ventilation fan and or vent.If these windows were electrically operated how would they open.(position)..
Electrically operated blind are a different kettle of Fish..

Aaaarrrr so the nearside one does not open, and the offside open is mostly hiden behind the side conversion, answers my question, thanks
