Rear blowers not blowing
Hi Folks,
Need some advice
The rear blowers have now stopped blowing ,checked fuses ( I think ) and have pressed the button which sends control to the back , on the control panel all the lights are on but no luck , the front heaters are fine
Any ideas????
Thanks

The fan in the back of mine only works with the front fan on as well.

Try fuse 15 in the fusebox under the bonnet: http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/member ... usebox.pdf

Mines not working... I'm thinking that my control is behind the fridge.. Coz my van is dodgy lol I'm going to see if I can see anything in the morning and check the fuse.

Re: Rear blowers not blowing
Hopefully something simple is the problem. However, if the fan motor has died [unlikely], I have a spare one at home.
Re: Rear blowers not blowing
You could try looking to see if nothing has dropped down through the intake vent & jamming the fan...? http://lushprojects.com/bongopartsmk2/c ... mgno=.html

Geoff, Doesn't the rear heater have a "resistor pack" set up??

Re: Rear blowers not blowing
Yes hence the 3 speeds, they could have popped, but the reason for popping is normally corroded motor bearings, which are a lot less likely in the rear than the front, but yes still a factor to consider.
Re: Rear blowers not blowing
think Jaylee is questioning if an object fell in and stopped the fan blades it could simulate a fan seizure and pop the reisitor pack?
Only problems i've encountered with rear fans were usually relay related as geoff already mentions
