Tyre Pressures Again

I know this topic has been 'done to death' - but I'm still not sure what I should be running at - I have 195 x 70 Vancos on the front and 215 x 65 Contact 2s on the rear and have a rear conversion. What would members recommend I inflate my tyres at normal and especially when fully loaded?
