Swapping rails

Post by BebBongo » Sat Mar 02, 2019 11:59 am

Hello Bongonaughts,

I want to remove the middle seat and rails and put them in the back, as the conversion we have just doesnt work for us. Is this a case of removing the seat, then the rails. Then position in the back? I am not sure I have the threads in place to replace the rails though?

Any help is greatly appreciate!

If you have the flip up rear seats and short rails your best bet is to source long rails, pretty sure the fitting holes/threads are in place.

Thanks Bob - I think the issue is that I need the long rails like you said.

Much appreciated!

Breakers or converters will likely have them.
