Allithwaite May Bank Holiday Meet 1st May to 4th May 2015

Post by PixieAndTheMoon » Sat Mar 14, 2015 7:09 pm

As the title suggests, does anyone fancy a May Bank Holiday Meet? We can extend dates if needed.

Allithwaite Quarry Lane, LA11 7QJ. Allithwaite Playing field overlooks the fells and Morecambe Bay. It is very beautiful safe location for Children as we have two very large playing fields. It now has a Pump track for bikes.

https://www.facebook.com/groups/395157393879737/ Please right click and open in a new tab or window.

We also have use of clean toilets, kitchen area for washing up and showers. Easy walking distance there is a post office which sells all needs on the corner where you turn into Quarry lane and a charity shop where you can often pick up a bargain!

There are 8 hook ups on a first come first served basis, although most share.

Hi Jo. Trish and I could be tempted. Need to check our diaries and hope the mysterious malfunction on our Bongo has been resolved by then. :-)

No problem Jo. Just spoke with Trish and we are good to go and it's in our diaries, expect to travel up Friday. We'd love hookup if one is spare.

I can recommend Allithwaite to anyone who is wondering about it. A lovely spot, and good company :-)
