Hi Folks
I have a Numax 110 amp leisure battery up for grabs, its 2 1/2 years old but has been kept permanently topped up via a solar panel and still holds its charge well. Its free to a good home
but I can be persuaded to drink a bottle of beer. I can bring it to Silverdale if anyones interested.

I'm not sure what time we're going to get there. My original plan was to get there around lunchtime. That's not looking too likely now so I reckon it's could be 4.30 ish. We are bringing the marquee and would lurve some help erecting it. Pleeeeease come and help [-o< especially you Jetskier as I know how much you love putting this one up  All offers of help will be gratefully received, and you will be rewarded with a nice place to shelter from whatever weather we get :D
Whoo hoo - really looking forward to this \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ \:D/

Ah! I see that Steve has wrapped his Bongo in cotton wool a bit early this year. I thought that he waited for the bad weather to arrive before he Sorns it.

I have my Daughter Chrissie and Grandson Enzo up at the mo, not sure when they are leaving but hope to be there for Saturday at least. Di I may miss out on blowing up balloons with you, or did the balloons blow us up! <scratches head>

Aside from Kendal, a brilliant day out on a good day is Dalton Zoo, where we have been today. If the weather is good all the animals are out and you can have ring tailed lemmas, baby ducks pecking at your feet thinking you are their Mum, sheer elegance of the giraffes, watching the hierarchical troop of Baboons, I could go on..... A magical place, I have no idea why South Lakeland District Council are so hostile to the Zoo.

^^ Jo's recommendation for a grand day out.

Hey Karen it is going to be warm enough for fig leaves, I will join you in the kyhamaheram lol
