Hector? As in "Silly Old Hector" or "Miami based drug lord Hector"?   Anyway, are you sure he is a boy Bongo?

The subject of names, and determining the sex of your Bongo/Freda came up before, have a look here http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/forum/ ... 75&start=0

I like this theory that i read, that is that 2l petrol bongo's are female and diesel are male. So now he is a she and she's silver. But like lots of people said it will probably just stay as bongo, coz that is her name!! Hector was as in Hector's House showing our age now!

Our's has occasionally been called all sorts of names - none of them printable.

It often coincides with blocked fuel filters.

Mr Takashita Inamoto went to a lot of time & trouble to give our beloved beasts a name that fits the heritage from which they came.

I don't get this thread.
