Looking at the picture of both seats reversed, the drivers backrest just touches the steering wheel so it must sit a fair bit forward of compared to the passenger version. Having said that, if I did not have my cooker located behind the drivers seat I would go for it as we have found that the passenger version has transformed the way we use the Bongo. I cannot understand why everyone doesn't go ahead and fit one!

Interesting: so it swivels under the steering wheel.
I wonder what the screw-out/screw-in knob is for? Does that allow the seat to fold down flat?
